You’ll see a pop-up stating something like: The data directory s(C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\11\data) has not been removed. Then, follow the steps for the removal process, making sure to select the “Entire Components option when prompted. If you’re using Windows, type uninstall or remove into the search bar at the bottom left-hand side of the screen: Uninstall and remove PostgreSQL from Windows Navigate to the assigned directory for the PostgreSQL data, and then use the rm command to delete all of your databases and tables.
